Villa Confluence:
Villa Confluence on Crete is set upon a hillside just on the outskirts of Plaka; this stunning, and very impressive, brand new stone property is new to our Luxury collection and offers that extra special something for a villa holiday! Set amongst its own large grounds and gardens, villa Confluence sits in a prominent position boasting awe-inspiring sea and coastal views across Souda Bay. Villa Ektoras has been beautifully engineered, with much thought and consideration going into the design, layout and style which takes into account the nature of its surroundings. The villa is accessed via the first floor where two of the four air-conditioned bedrooms are located, each with an en suite shower room and patio doors to one of the many terraces around the villa. Stairs lead down to the ground floor, where the open plan living area enjoys a fusion of chic, high quality furnishings set nicely against the grey stone walls and light coloured flooring providing a lovely relaxing ambience.
From the living area, large picture patio doors lead out to the magnificent pool and terrace areas, from here a fantastic offering of covered terraces, a sunken seating area, spectacular built-in barbecue, large garden and sunbathing terrace, all surrounds the superb infinity pool, that looks across the turquoise bay in front of you.
